After 15 minutes your appointment is canceled. If you need to cancel an appointment you have 72hrs to do so. No Call/No Show: Full Service Charge + No Future Appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% charge of remaining balance. Cancellations within 24hrs: 50% charge of remaining balance. Same Day Cancellation: Full Service Charge. Rescheduling: You can use your confirmation email to reschedule your appointment, you have 48 hours to reschedule in advance. You are only allowed to reschedule once.
